Levi’s Review

As some of you know, Madewell jeans are my favorite and I don’t have much luck with other brands. As much as I LOVE Madewell, the washes of the denim can be limiting at times. For years, I’ve been looking for the perfect light wash jeans and I haven’t found them until I went to Levi’s.

Levi’s are such a closet staple and even though I’ve always liked them, they’ve never fit me properly. I found their denim to be uncomfortable and always felt discouraged after trying them on. A few weekends ago, I decided to give it another shot and try on a bunch of styles. Luckily, a sales worker at the SoHo location was so incredibly helpful and I walked away with two pairs that I am obsessed with. I found a 27 in the 501 Wedgie fit to be absolutely perfect for me. I got them in two washes and have loved styling them. Like a lot of denim, they’re stiff at first but once I got used to them, they’re so comfortable.

I’ve been wearing both pairs non-stop and have received so many compliments on them. I’ve always invested more in denim because it’s difficult for me to find pairs that actually fit. While I’ll never stop loving Madewell, I am excited to have another brand in my closet. Levi’s are good quality, offer student discounts, and have great sales.

Here are the two pairs I have linked: 1 // 2

Do you have a pair of Levi’s? What are your favorite brands of jeans?
