The Everywhere Backpack

My favorite bag for the past two years has been the Madewell Transport Tote. While it's still my go-to tote and I love it's simplicity and structure, I've noticed since moving to the city that the one strap shoulder bag has started causing problems with my back so I began looking for another option.
Over the holidays, I purchased this Lululemon backpack and it was the best purchase I've ever made. When I first moved to the city, I was super against backpacks because it freaked me out thinking that someone could steal something but after seeing the amount of people that carry them, I felt more comfortable. Plus, I always keep my phone and wallet in my pocket for convenience anyways.
When I started my search I knew I wanted it to be big enough to fit my MacBook but small enough that it didn't look like I was going to school. I narrowed my search down to the Lululemon everything backpack and a State backpack. Even though I've heard great things about State backpacks, I ended up choosing Lululemon because it fit my needs better. Although the backpack came in navy and a really beautiful olive, I went with the color black so that it would go with everything I own.
I love that the Lulu backpack is sporty yet also sleek and stylish; not only does it go with my winter parka but it also goes with my dressier options. In addition to its fashionable outside, I also love its practical inside. It has just the right amount of pockets and compartments to keep all of my things stored and organized and it's comfortable and convenient to use. Since purchasing my backpack, I have used it practically every day; to say I'm obsessed is an understatement.

A backpack is great for commuting in the city, on the go travel, and outdoor adventures. I would highly recommend one since they are versatile and great for everything. In the market for a backpack? Stay tuned for some different options!

Do you use a backpack?
