Spring time in the city is seriously the best time of the year. It's finally warm out and all the flowers and trees are in bloom. I spent the afternoon wandering around the Upper West Side with friends. I love days spent in the city when you have nothing in particular you need to do. These are the days when you get to aimlessly explore and discover new places.
For lunch we stopped at a little Mexican restaurant near Columbus Circle called El Mitote. I love Mexican food and this restaurant was no exception. They serve the most delicious margaritas, and in mason jars (how cool is that)?! The chips and guac were outstanding along with the tacos. This is definitely one of my new favorite stops in the city.
