Midterms Stressin'

As these next few weeks are going to less than pleasant (cue the season of midterms) I've created a list of things to keep in mind.

  1. You will get through this.
  2. It's okay to take a break from studying, do something you actually enjoy.
  3. Your worth is not determined by a number or test grade.
  4. Positive energy will go a long way.
  5. Attempt to sleep.
  6. Dress for success.
