1. Don't be so quick to judge a person when you don't have any idea what they are going through.
2. Be aware of your surroundings.
3. Optimism never hurts.
4. Articulate how you feel even if it's hard.
5. Going for a walk helps to clear your head.

Did anyone catch what's wrong with my picture? The black bead is supposed to represent the lowest part of the earth and yet I'm at the top of the mountain. Oops!
